We know that billing surprises are nobody's idea of a good time, so we've been on a mission to make sure you always know exactly where you stand.
The latest step in our Billing Transparency journey brings key usage data right to your SendOwl dashboard home page, front and center, where you can't miss it.
First up:
bandwidth usage
. Your plan includes a monthly bandwidth allocation, and now you can see exactly how much you've used, live on your home screen. In the rare cases where usage goes over, you'll see the overage amount and any associated cost clearly displayed, so there are zero surprises when your bill arrives.

Just below that, we've also surfaced your
trailing 12-month order and revenue volume
alongside your plan limits. This gives you an at-a-glance read on how your business is growing and how that maps to your current plan. So if you're approaching a plan threshold, you'll see it coming well in advance.

They say a picture is worth a thousand words — and honestly, we couldn't agree more.
Rich, expressive product images are the heartbeat of a great Product Sales Page, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to show your products at their best.
Until now, adding multiple images meant uploading them one... by... one. And look, we get it, that's a bit of a drag (pun very much intended). So we fixed it.
You can now grab multiple images at once and drag and drop them directly onto your product configuration page in one go. No more repeat clicking; just drop them all in, and you're done. 🦉

Simply drag and drop your images into whatever order feels right. Want your most eye-catching shot front and center as the featured image? Done. Changed your mind? Drag it. The order updates instantly, and you'll see exactly how it looks in the live Product Sales Page preview in real time — no guessing, no saving and refreshing.

We know planning your subscription revenue gets messy when you have to juggle multiple reports just to answer simple questions like “Who actually made this payment?” or “Where did this subscriber come from?”
So we’ve upgraded the
Subscription payments report
to give you the full story for every recurring charge, all without needing to merge it with the orders report first.
Now, even if the original subscription was purchased years ago, each payment line includes the key order and buyer details you need to make sense of your revenue over any date range.
Here’s what you’ll now see in the enhanced report:

  • Custom Order ID
  • Payment Gateway Transaction ID
  • Buyer Email
  • Buyer Name
  • Buyer IP Address
  • Billing Country

Phew! That's a lot of information, but in practice, this means you can:
  • Understand recurring revenue for a given period and who it came from, all in one place.
  • Filter and segment by buyer location, gateway, or subscription to spot trends and opportunities.
  • Jump straight from a payment row to the underlying subscription/order details when you need to investigate something.
In short: fewer spreadsheets, more clarity, and a much happier forecasting owl.

We're introducing new SendOwl plans that give you more value at no extra cost.

Next, you'll be able to lean on our product description wizard when you get to the sales copy step, so staring at a blank box becomes a thing of the past.
One small owl step for this release, many more steps coming soon (including the ability to upload much larger files directly from your browser).

Your subscribers are coming back (and now you’ll know about it)
Subscriptions are a lovely thing: recurring revenue, predictable income, and a steady base of happy customers who love what you create. When someone cancels, it stings a little, but often, they are just taking a short break before swooping back to you.
Until now, when a subscriber quietly reactivated their subscription, SendOwl handled everything in the background but didn’t tap you on the shoulder to let you know. That meant you were missing a perfect moment to welcome them back, tag them in your CRM, or update access in any connected systems.
From today, whenever a subscriber reactivates their subscription, we’ll send you an email notification with:
  • A clear subject line letting you know a subscription has been reactivated.
  • The order ID so you can identify the subscriber quickly.
  • A direct link to the order details page in your SendOwl dashboard so you can jump straight into any follow-up actions.
No more hunting around to see who has returned or when it happened. Now you can greet those returning subscribers like VIPs, with far less clicking and far more hooting.
