Until now, when a subscriber quietly reactivated their subscription, SendOwl handled everything in the background but didn’t tap you on the shoulder to let you know. That meant you were missing a perfect moment to welcome them back, tag them in your CRM, or update access in any connected systems.
From today, whenever a subscriber reactivates their subscription, we’ll send you an email notification with:
  • A clear subject line letting you know a subscription has been reactivated.
  • The order ID so you can identify the subscriber quickly.
  • A direct link to the order details page in your SendOwl dashboard so you can jump straight into any follow-up actions.
No more hunting around to see who has returned or when it happened. Now you can greet those returning subscribers like VIPs, with far less clicking and far more hooting.
