There’s a new section in your SendOwl dashboard: Customers, one place to see every person who’s bought from you.
Until now, your buyers lived inside individual orders. If someone emailed you with a question, you had to dig through your order history to piece together who they were.
Customers flips that around: start with the person, then see everything about them.
What you can do today
Browse every customer: See their name, email address, and when they first bought from you
Find anyone quickly: Search by email address or customer ID. Paste in the email from a support message and pull up the customer’s full picture
See their history at a glance: View completed orders, jump to every order they’ve placed, and see if they’ve left any reviews
Understand their account status: If you use customer accounts, see whether they’ve claimed their account and when they last logged in
You’ll find Customers in your dashboard sidebar, between Orders and Marketing.
